The new Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Welcome Center at Niagara Falls State Park officially opened yesterday during the ribbon cutting ceremony attended by state and local leaders throughout New York. Gov. Kathy Hochul, who attended the official opening on Monday, said the new facility is much more worthy of the awe-inspiring attraction that flows just beyond its walls.
