Peter Martini

Peter is responsible for the day-to-day operations of LiRo-Hill’s New England Owner Project Management business. Peter is a construction executive with a proven track record of leadership for a wide range of construction projects, teams, and clients. Peter’s ground-up development of skills as a surveyor, estimator, project manager, and field supervisor, coupled with his technical expertise in all building systems and construction methods, make him a valued resource for LiRo-Hill’s project teams and their clients. His experiences as both a general contractor and an owner’s representative have given him considerable understanding of the key services required to support the entire project life cycle from both financial and operational standpoints.

Peter has been responsible for business development, request-for-proposal writing and presentations, identifying and hiring staff, leading team divisions, and maintaining career-long bottom-line responsibility and overhead management. Peter has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Economics from Union College and a certificate of professional achievement in construction technology from Northeastern University.
