Paul is responsible for leading the financial management of the firm, oversight of banking relationships and credit arrangements; cash management and budgeting; accounting policy, procedures and internal controls; internal and external financial reporting; financial analysis; project accounting; and external audits.

Paul brings to LiRo-Hill two decades of experience in various management and administrative roles, most recently as the Director of Finance in the AEC field. He has a distinguished track record of successful financial leadership in both the construction and engineering industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Boston University and is a Certified Public Accountant since 2008.
