Overview
LiRo is providing architectural and engineering design services on an as-needed basis for renovation and rehabilitation projects at various NYPD facilities throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Types of construction projects include: all interior renovation work; hot water heater replacements; reconstruction of apparatus floors, sidewalks, and parking lots; boiler replacements (including converting from oil to gas); roof replacements; HVAC rehabilitation; retaining walls and fencing; plumbing rehabilitation; façade restorations; overhead doors replacements; electrical upgrades; asbestos abatements; window replacements; and historical restoration.
