(New York, NY, October 1, 2018) In response to a period of unprecedented growth and geographic expansion, The LiRo Group has added the new position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)/Sr. Vice President to the Executive level of the firm. The creation of the position will help ensure that LiRo continues to provide the highest level of service to its client base, which consists of almost every Public Agency, Authority, and Corporation in the New York tri-state area, as well as developing clients in New England. Joseph Massa, CCM, who has been with LiRo for 14 years, has been named as CAO.
Mr. Massa will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will oversee the following Departments: Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology and Safety & QA/QC. In addition, a primary function will be to monitor and assist the Operating Business Units in establishing appropriate project financial controls and expediting the invoicing and the accounts receivables collection process. Mr. Massa will be transitioning from his current role as LiRo’s Executive Program Director for the New York State GOSR work to his new position over the course of the next few months. He is a Certified Construction Manager, and holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Long Island University.
