(Syosset, NY, April 3, 2024) LiRo-Hill, a national, multidisciplinary project and construction management, engineering, architecture, and technology firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Raymond Ribeiro to Business Unit Head, CM.

Mr. Ribeiro has more than 25 years of leadership experience in various aspects of engineering and construction project management and is a registered Professional Engineer in New York State, Certified Construction Manager and Associate DBIA. He has a strong history of managing and delivering quality public infrastructure projects. He was Executive Vice President of the New York City Housing Authority and served as Commissioner for the Nassau County Department of Public Works. Since joining LiRo-Hill in 2016, Mr. Ribeiro worked on numerous large CM programs for NYCHA, NYPA, Nassau County, OUTFRONT, and NYCDEP.
