The LiRo Group, a multi-discipline design and construction management firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Frank Franco, AIA, NCARB, DBIA to Senior Vice President. Frank is a registered architect with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been with LiRo for 21 years, and serves as project executive for numerous significant healthcare, marine/waterfront, cultural and parks projects including the Restoration of Niagara Falls State Park (OPRHP), the Pier A Restoration (BPCA), St. George Theater restoration (NYCEDC). His experience has included extensive construction management for both public and private agencies including NYCEDC, NYCDDC, DASNY, NYSOPRHP, NYCHHC, and BPCA. Frank has consistently been recognized for his exceptional leadership skills, establishing efficient project teams while developing long term relationships with our clients.

Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology. He is NCARB certified and a Design Build Professional.
