Building on his leadership as the business unit head for our Civil/Structural Engineering practice since 2021, Peter has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership with a strong focus on client service, high-quality project delivery, and sustained growth across both clients and project portfolios. In his new role, Peter will continue to drive innovation and excellence across LiRo-Hill’s multidisciplinary design teams. Our integrated design group includes Architecture & Sustainable Design, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Telecommunications, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Virtual Design, Construction and Operations (VDCO), and Surveying.

Peter is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Illinois, California, Oregon, and Washington, and holds both Associate DBIA and LEED AP Certifications. He earned a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and Geomechanics from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
