LiRo-Hill was pleased to attend the Grand Opening of the new MedStar Central Regional Headquarters and Emergency Services Training Center in Monmouth County. The project transformed an existing firehouse into an 11,000 sf, state-of-the-art training facility for the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office MedStar Central team.

LiRo-Hill provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the adaptive reuse project, supporting the modernization of the facility through upgraded HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency power, and fire protection systems. These improvements helped create a safe, efficient, and fully equipped training environment to support emergency service personnel for years to come. LiRo-Hill also provided site and civil engineering services, including parking lot improvements, drainage upgrades, accessibility enhancements, and a minor realignment of Heliport Road to improve traffic flow and safety around the facility.
