Anthony Weber was among those listed on ENR NY’s top professional under the age of 40. Since joining LiRo in 2007, Weber has gained diverse expertise, including planning and design of highway improvements and roadway reconstruction, site development design, drainage design, surveying, utility coordination, geotechnical engineering, traffic engineering and structural engineering.

The Top Young Professionals program recognizes individuals who are leaders in the industry and in their communities as well.
