LiRo-Hill proudly provided construction management services for the transformative $47.5 million renovation of Buffalo Harbor State Park, helping to bring a major waterfront destination to Western New York. The newly completed improvements include a 6,700 sf sprayground featuring 162 interactive water elements, an expanded universally accessible playground, café and retail space, public gathering areas, and a signature buffalo sculpture overlooking the harbor.
