LiRo provided a spotlight to ENR Magazine for the $100 million renovation of the Jamaica Armory in Queens, New York. The Armory serves as the home and training center for the NY Army National Guard. The renovation will improve response time in the event of emergencies and federal foreign missions by redesigning the campus to hold more than 500 soldiers in the six units stationed there. Other modernizations include safety and environmental improvements, updated utility provisions, a new roof and technology and telecommunication advances. LiRo is providing construction management services for this historic project. Read more here.
