Yesterday, the Wellesley Town Hall project reached a major milestone as E Amanti, the mechanical contractor, successfully navigated the installation of an air handling unit into the fifth-floor attic, courtesy of Astro Crane Co. Comprising 16 parts, the air handling unit was carefully lowered into place and will soon undergo reassembly by the dedicated team, to ensure fresh, high-quality air circulation throughout the building via the HVAC ducts, enhancing comfort for all occupants. Hill-LiRo has been managing the renovation effort on behalf of the Town of Wellesley.
