As I am sure you are making preparations and taking actions to manage your organizations in these uncertain times, we at LiRo are doing the same. Our primary goal is to safeguard the health and welfare of our employees and those with whom they come in contact with during the course of executing their individual responsibilities. We are following guidelines that have been promulgated by the CDC. With that being said, we continue to be committed to providing a high level of service to each of our clients.
We have set in motion an organized roll out of our “work from home” program for the majority of our office based staff and expect to have almost everyone working from home by the end of next week. All of our office staff have been provided with computer access, connectivity and software capabilities that provides them the ability to work from home in a manner that is virtually identical as if they were working from the office. Each employee has also been provided with telephonic software that allows them to receive calls that are made to their usual work location. We have instituted management and supervisory protocols that will ensure that each of our employees have access to their respective managers and can be properly supported. Our field based operations will continue to be monitored and we are coordinating any developments related to project construction activities with our clients. LiRo project managers will be in touch to discuss project-specific arrangements.
LiRo, as in past times of great uncertainty and urgency, remains available and willing to help our clients in dealing with this most difficult situation in any way we can.
