CHRISTOPHER ZANONI PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT AT LIRO

The LiRo Group, a multi-discipline design and construction management firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Zanoni to Vice President. Mr. Zanoni will continue to lead LiRo’s HazMat team, addressing asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and PCB inspection and remediation issues. Under his leadership, the team has successfully completed multiple contracts for a variety of public agencies including New York City School Construction Authority, New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, Con Edison, and New York Public Library.

Mr. Zanoni has more than 25 years of experience in the environmental field, with extensive asbestos and lead-based paint project experience. He is responsible for the management, planning and staging of all aspects of asbestos and lead-based paint projects from the initial building survey through design and preparation of bidding documents. Since joining LiRo in 1999, he has been a key member of the Environmental Division, and has held roles of increasing responsibility. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from Cooper Union, and is a New York State-licensed Asbestos Inspector and Project Designer.
