Vice President/ Civil & Structural

At LiRo-Hill, Aaron leads the Civil/Structural Department, overseeing structural engineering, civil engineering, and infrastructure practices in New York City, New York, New Jersey, and New England. With nearly 15 years of engineering design experience, he has delivered single- and multi-discipline projects ranging from new construction and complex redevelopments to the restoration of historic and specialty structures.

His expertise includes detailed investigations, forensic analysis, and condition assessments, as well as the design and implementation of repairs for façades, specialty systems, and civil infrastructure. As a Technical Director of LiRo Engineers’ Special Inspection Agency, Aaron holds certifications across all major construction materials, including ICC Master of Special Inspection. His portfolio spans commercial development, public housing, parks and recreation, higher education, healthcare, and public infrastructure.

Known for his hands-on, collaborative leadership, Aaron works closely with the Civil/Structural Department and other LiRo-Hill departments to deliver technically sound, integrated, and technology-driven solutions. He also brings extensive field experience, having assessed structures via SPRAT rope access, suspended scaffolds, high aerial lifts, and confined space entry, and is committed to advancing technical excellence across disciplines.

Aaron is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, and California, and a Structural Engineer (SE) in California. He earned a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.
