LiRo has a long-standing commitment to the use of state-of-the-art technology to facilitate the design and production of our projects, and is a pioneer in the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) not solely in the design of our projects, but through their entire life-cycle where possible. Our proficiency with BIM extends our problem-solving skills permitting us to investigate options more thoroughly and with great efficiency.
The extensive use of computer modeling during the design phase of a project enables us to study the effects of different design scenarios on building appearance, efficiency, and sustainability. Through the use of visualization and collaboration tools, we are better able to coordinate documents, mitigate the risk of change orders during construction, and better monitor costs from the earliest design phases through project delivery.
LiRo maintains a full-time BIM department with a thorough knowledge in virtual design & construction. We investigate new developments to keep LiRo in the forefront in this rapidly evolving field.
Our goal is to provide a BIM product that will fulfill our clients' current and future BIM-Facilities Management use. We can export to multiple CAD systems, following any layer standard.
