Prevention Assistance and Temporary Housing (PATH) Facility
LiRo provided CM/Build services for this new seven-story, 84,000-s.f. building featuring a detailed terracotta rain screen curtain wall system designed by Ennead (Polshek Partnership LLP) to achieve a Silver LEED rating. The state-of-the-art facility serves as an entry point for the homeless, where clients will be interviewed and evaluated before being placed at shelters throughout the five boroughs.
