Harvey S. Sands - Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President

Mr. Sands has over forty years experience in science, engineering and marketing covering infrastructure, environmental and energy programs. Mr. Sands has been employed in both public and private sectors and has successfully performed in technical, program management and executive positions. Mr. Sands presently oversees all business development and marketing activities within The LiRo Group. He has excelled over the years in promoting excellent client relationships leading to both the successful acquisition of new work for the company as well as ensuring satisfactory performance of ongoing assignments. Currently Mr. Sands is in charge of Business Development and Marketing for The LiRo Group.
