Lawrence H. Blond, P.E. – Senior Vice President and General Manager, Program and Construction Management

Mr. Blond has been providing construction management and engineering services since 1979. His past experience has included program and project management, structural design and analysis, building inspection and evaluation, cost estimating, quality control and quality assurance for both public and private sector projects. He has both performed and managed the general administration of construction projects, including design and constructability reviews, field inspection, scheduling, cost control and value engineering.

Since joining LiRo he has been directly responsible for over half a billion dollars of construction projects, many of which have involved high profile municipal projects with mandated completion dates. Mr. Blond is currently overseeing the Program and Construction Management Division of the LiRo Group, which has been steadily growing over the past five years. Senior Management oversight is a key to LiRo’s success and Mr. Blond leads the way with his direct involvement with his staff, ongoing projects and our clients.
