Michael Bailey, P.E. – Senior Vice President, Resident Engineering Inspection
Mr. Bailey has over twenty years of experience managing infrastructure and building projects. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and presently manages LiRo’s Resident Engineering Inspection group. He is responsible for all of the firm’s roadway, bridge, rail and utility projects. In addition, he has managed large building and MEP projects for selected clients. Mr. Bailey has managed projects valued up to $305M in construction. He has also developed one of the region’s most successful “on-call” construction management groups.
In addition to the management of the REI division, he is responsible for proposal preparation and resource allocation within his division. A testament to his management capabilities can be seen in the number of repeat contracts he has generated in the past fifteen years. Prior to joining LiRo, Mr. Bailey served as a design engineer, resident engineer and construction superintendent where he was responsible for bridge designs, storm/sanitary sewer and water distribution system designs, highway/roadway designs, as well as several large development site plans. |
