Management & Technology Solutions

LiRo has integrated all of our technical expertise obtained on some of the largest capital construction projects in the country, with the latest in industry technology, to assist our clients in the planning and execution of complex programs. Our Management and Technology Solutions team is comprised of individuals with senior management experience in multi-phased programs that have a myriad of contractual, fiscal, logistical and schedule risks, emergency response obligations. These professionals are teamed with in-house technology experts well-versed in risk analysis and risk management.

These seemingly disparate risk factors are interrelated. By connecting our technology, engineering, and construction expertise, we are able to successfully plan and manage these multi-faceted, large-scale projects. Understanding the potential risks, and including contingencies to respond to them in the planning stages of a project, we can assist our clients in minimizing their exposure. Additionally, the technology now exists for us to completely build a project through computer modeling. The "virtual project" that exists onscreen gives us an accurate snapshot of site activities, staging, and equipment needs on any day during the construction duration. Combining all of these resources and knowledge, LiRo has been involved in advising and managing some of the nation's largest public construction projects including the $16 billion World Trade Center program.

For long-term planning and addressing issues at a higher level (such as examining an entity's core services, the effectiveness of its organization and management practices), our team of advisors on management issues have and continue to work primarily with public sector clients. We help them review their current missions as well as explore their visions for future development and growth; advise them on use of proven best management practices; be informed of current trends in procurement processes; and develop tools to help them measure efficiency and quality in all their programs.
