Since co-founding The LiRo Group in 1984, Rocco has molded the firm from a small group specializing in construction administration, to one of the top construction management and full-service engineering firms in the nation.

Rocco’s leadership and contribution to the engineering profession have been recognized repeatedly by numerous organizations, highlighted by his being named as Engineer of the Year by the New York State Society of Professional Engineers. He has also been honored numerous times by the community and local organizations. As LiRo’s Chairman, he remains actively engaged in directing the firm.
